The brilliant, shinning star

Recently, I recontacted one good friend of mine. He was now studying Form 6 at the high school that I graduated from and he was having his holidays at that moment. Yesterday night, he phoned me again, asking me whether I can come out to meet up with him. I told him that I am not busy at all, but I didn't have a car or any transport to come out, mainly because my parents drive to work during weekdays. Despite knowing that I didn't have any single available mode of transport to come out to meet him, he insisted to meet up with me by taking the hassle to drive all the way from his house to my house which takes at least 30 minutes, just because he promised me so before when I was at KL months ago. I was deeply touched by his act.

I am really grateful and could not be even thankful that I had such a good friend, whom still managed to kept a close relationship with me ever since during primary school even though our paths towards education had no longer crossed. In all my life, I have many different friends that comes from different ages, different backgrounds as well as different cultures. Some of them are still in contact with me, some of them, I had long lost track of them. Some of my friends can only be, well,  just friends, whereas some of them are very close to my heart. I often wonder what's going on. Is it because I looked too superficial? Or is it merely because I didn't pay much attention to them? Or is it there is something wrong in my personality that holds me back from socializing with others?

Maybe it is really like that. Do this means that only people whom share the same interest or are made up of the personality which is almost the same and are able to tolerate among themselves can have true friendship and flock together forever? I don't know about that. All I only know is that friends are like tiny grains of sand carried by the flowing river.

Everyday friends come and friends go, like the sand grains that flow from place to place along the river. Only the grains of sand that settled at the bottom of the river which represents your heart as sediments are the ones that will stay for more than a millennium. You can have friends that are as many as the constellations of stars upon the sky, but what is the purpose of having so many friends if the distance between all of them are so hard to reach? I would rather have a sky of stars whom are the most brilliant and shiny ones that will be my guardian angels for my whole life.

One Day trip to KLCC

Intro

The semester exams are finally over. To celebrate and commemorate this grand event, me and my buddies whom hadn't returned to their respective hometowns decided to went on a free and easy journey to the infamous Petronas Twin Towers, the hallmark of Malaysia.

Well, most of us will wonder, are there so many things to do in KLCC? My answer is, yes. You can explore here for a whole day and I am really serious about it :D

Here's the brief details of the trip:

 DATE: 12/12/2012 (What a coincidence!)
TRIP DURATION: HAVE YOU READ THE TITLE? :P
 MODE OF TRANSPORT: Car, LRT
PRICE: RM4 (Bukit Jalil to KLCC)
 HOW TO GO:
There are many alternatives depending on the route you take. In our case, we live in Subang Jaya. Our nearest LRT station is at Kelana Jaya. However, we drove to Bukit Jalil and take the LRT from there to Masjid Jamek. Then, we transit from the Sri Petaling Railway line (green) to the Terminal Putra line (pink) that will take us to KLCC. Here's the LRT map in case you are confused:

After an hour, we reached our destination.

Behold, Kinokuniya! The largest bookstore to date at Malaysia. This fellow has been here for many years and was still the best bookstores to date with over 300, 000 different titles of different genres and of various languages. It was like a gigantic maze inside with different departments for different books and other merchandises such as collectibles are also sold in this haven for nerds. Let me show you how big is it:

At regular time intervals, there are Science Shows that demonstrate various interesting and simple experiments to keep children occupied.

At that day, there was so many people. The queue was so long. We only managed to bought tickets for the entrance after 30 minutes. Wait a minute, why do we need to queue to enter???

THE REASON WHY WE NEED TO QUEUE, WAS THIS!!

Smile? :]

From Website:  http://www.memorise.org/brain-articles/laughter-affects-brain-00734.html

I have to really admit, it's been some time since I really posted something. I don't know why but I can only give the excuse that I am busy studying everyday for my A-levels. Semester exam is just around the corner, but I felt that I might not be prepared for it. Maybe it's because I didn't have a better way of managing time or I am a slow learner compared to others, I kept feeling that I didn't have enough time to complete all my scheduled tasks while finding a time to just relax and do other things. Due to my priority of completing studies before doing anything first, I found it difficult to have extra time for my hobbies and socializing. I felt that most of my friends still managed to cope with the same stress load I am facing and are excelling in their studies while managed to get their day filled with great surprises. Am I the only one who are having this problem? I can't stop wondering about this. Man, I was really stressed out these few days. > <

It seems that I haven't been able to laugh like how I used to laugh before. The kind of uncontrolled laughter that I has always been my trademark...
